Getting Help
You’ll need to see one of these doctors to be properly diagnosed:
Urologist
Essentially this is a pee doctor – someone who specializes in both women’s and men’s urinary systems
Urogynecologist
This is a gynecologist who has completed additional training in women’s pelvic floor and urinary system.
Most likely, your doctor will conduct a urodynamic test which is a simple procedure that checks out how well your bladder and urethra are working together to keep your pee inside you and letting your pee out at the right time.
